POLYCYSTIC OVARY SYNDROME

Having coached women for 8 years and specialising in womens health and hormones I really wanted to bring everything i've learnt about supplements for PCOS to this blog post. 

PCOS is present in 1:10 women

It is classified by the Rotterdam criteria by having 2 out 3 clinical signs.
