Week 1 of coaching starts with the following:
- 3 day visual food diary analysis
- Feedback and meal restructuring
- Tracking of Cycle & Symptoms
- Homework
This week includes your first coaching call, food diary & lifestyle assessment with feedback. We then set your action plan for the month ahead to help align your nutrition with your hormones. We will detail and track your symptoms throughout.
Week 4-8
Progress review
Your first 4 weeks of improving nutrition and changing habits and behaviours complete we evaluate:
- How far you've come and where you can develop.
- Mentally and physically how are you feeling around your menstrual cycle and any PMS symptoms.
- Your journey to hormone health and happiness.
- Main areas to focus on week 4-8
After this month we assess any habit and behaviour change required to maintain your results after coaching.
Week 8-12
Complete Coaching
So now you’ve achieved consistent habit & behaviour change for weeks 1-8 on your health and hormone journey. You have the option to continue coaching or fly solo.
- We assess your menstrual and hormone health.
- Check how your food choices have developed and how they have impacted you.
- WE NEVER LOOK BACK.
After this month we ensure you have a plan of action tailored to you specifically and your meal preferences.
